Meet the Team:
Principal
Mr. Kotz has developed or redeveloped over 1.5 million square feet of retail, residential, office and industrial projects throughout the mid-Atlantic over the past 25 years. He has asset managed and sold more than 100 real estate assets valued at more than $850 million since 1990. He has held executive positions with KLNB, West Group, Alex Brown Realty Advisors, South Charles Realty and Bailey Realty Corporation. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Syracuse University in 1985 and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1989.

Marc A. Geffroy
Principal
Since 1988, Mr. Geffroy has developed retail, flex and office projects throughout the mid-Atlantic and southern California markets totaling over 1.8 million square feet. He has held executive positions with KLNB, Trammell Crow Commercial, South Charles Realty, and J.P. Morgan. He earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1989 and a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College in 1984.
General Accounts Manager
Mr. De la Fuente has over nine years of experience as an administrative and program assistant. He comes to Seneca Properties having worked in support of the Wounded Warrior Program Office in Washington, DC and as a secretary for the National Finance Center in New Orleans, LA. Mr. De la Fuente earned his B.A. in English from San Diego State University
